Corn Thins


Mexican Tostaditas

1. Finely Chop one garlic clove and grate one carrot
2. Heat a large pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil and cook the garlic for one minute
3. Add 100gr of beef mince and the carrot and cook for 5 minutes, or until the beef is browned
4. Add your favourite Mexican spices (chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika…) and cook for one minute
5. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 tsp of sugar and salt and cook for one minute.
6. Prepare your favourite Corn Thins flavour and spoon some beef mixture
7. Sprinkle with green onion, corn kernels, and coriander and garnish.
8. ENJOY!!!
