Corn Thins


Corn Thins Tasty Cheese Crumbed Chicken Breast.


1 packet of Corn Thins Tasty Cheese.
4 or 5 chicken breast.
1 cup of plain flour.
1 Tablespoon of oregano.
2 large eggs.
Approx 50mls of milk.


1) Flatten chicken breasts slightly (to help with cooking time) with a meat mallet or rolling pin.
2) Place flour in a large bowl, add oregano & mix thoroughly.
3) Crack egg into another large bowl, add milk & whisk thoroughly.
4) Blitz packet of Corn Thins Tasty Cheese in food processor for approx 30 seconds & place in another large bowl..
5) Lightly score chicken a few times.
6) Coat each breast with flour mixture, making sure to coat the scoring cuts too.
7) Coat each breast in egg mixture.
8) Then thoroughly cover each chicken breast with Corn Thins Tasty Cheese crumb.
9) Preheat oven to 180/200 degrees.
10) Place a piece of baking paper on oven tray, then add crumbed chicken breasts.
11) Cook for 20/30 minutes in the top half of oven.
12) Serve with chips & your favourite vegies or salad (or whatever you like)
