Inspired by a Club sandwich, this is super simple to make and fun to eat!
You’ll need 3 corn thins
Cut these in half first
Spread 2 halves with mayonnaise
Next add sliced tomato and lettuce
Add a corn thin pre-sliced half on top of each stack
Top this next layer with avocado, ham, turkey & cheese
Add the final corn thin half as the “roof” to each
Yum!
