Choc Puff Protein Bars

• 8x cornthins original , crushed
• 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
• 40g dark chocolate, melted
• 60ml Almond Milk
• 1 tbs honey or chosen liquid sweetener

TOPPING:
• 20g dark chocolate, melted
• 1 tbs peanut butter of choice

Crushed corn thins and mix all ingredients. Melt dark chocolate in microwave over 20 second intervals (approx 50 secs in total). Place in either a lined baking tray or silicone mould as shown. Mix 20g of dark melted chocolate and peanut butter in a plate and pour over. Freeze for 30mins and you are done! Makes a perfect pre or post workout snack
