11. Corn Thins® reserves the right to use the image/video, recipe any information you provide, including name, public profile pictures, entries, other details on social media platforms for shout-outs, promotions, announcements, in advertising material and for consumer marketing.
12. Corn Thins® may cancel, change, or substitute #CornThinsCreations or the Terms at any point in time without any prior notice.
13. Corn Thins® can disqualify any applicant at any stage that is in any way inappropriate or submitted by fake profiles.
14. In the unfortunate case that you choose to back out after being shortlisted, we will be selecting the next suitable candidate as winner.
15. Corn Thins® is not liable for any technical issues/difficulty/delay in submission of the application form/video entry.
16. Things not in our control include difficulties due to hardware equipment failure, configuration issue, network congestion, or due to changes in regulations carried out by any other regulatory body.

Categories and entries’ of these Terms & Conditions. Each prize will comprise of a year’s worth of Corn Thins product (52 cartons), with each winner having the option of choosing the mix of Corn Thins product awarded. The total prize value is $2,500. The 4 winners will be notified via Corn Thins official Instagram and Facebook pages.
